A Central Islip man is facing child endangerment and felony drunken driving charges after he struck and killed a pedestrian with his kid brother in the car.
Suffolk County police are still trying to identify the victim, who died at the scene of the crash near the intersection of Cordello Avenue and Clayton Street in Central Islip.
The 20 year old man, of Brightside Avenue, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
His younger brother was released to the custody of a family member, police said.
